New installations of American Standard heating and cooling systems come with a ten-year limited warranty on compressors and coils, and a 5-year warranty on all other parts. Ten-year warranties on parts and labor are available as well. Ask us for details on other brands.

	Accuclean Air Filtration System Been performance verified by Environmental Health & Engineering, Inc. and the Harvard School of Public Health. Combines mesh and ionizing filters to remove up to 99.98% if airborne allergens from the filtered air in your home. 8-times more effective than the best HEPA room filtration appliance 100-times more effective than a standard 1” throwaway filter. Traps allergens down to 0.01 microns (the size at which allergens cause the most irritations because you can’t cough or sneeze them out once inhaled. 	PureAire Air Filtration System Removes particles, bioaerosols and microorganisms, as well as Odors and Chemical Vapors. MERV 16 rated 5” pleated filter removes over 95 % of small breathable particles down to 0.3 microns. Removes over 90 % of bioaerosols down to 0.01 microns. Removes approximately 50 % of household odors and chemical vapors in a 24-hour period (according to laboratory and field tests of this product). Does not release potentially harmful ozone into your home. Standard Warranties: 5-year on all other parts.
	Lennox Humidifiers Available in by-pass or power models Can be equipped with outdoor temperature sensor to monitor temperature so the correct humidity level is always maintained in your home. Standard Warranties: 5-year on parts.
	Lennox Ultra-violet Germicidal Lights Improves air quality and products heating and cooling equipment. Standard Warranties: 5-year on parts.
HONEYWELL PRODUCTS All Honeywell Thermistats come with a 5 year warranty
	VisionPro IAQ Thermostat Contains the same top-of-the-line features as the VisionPro 8000 with the following additions:  Can be equipped to display outdoor temperature, Smart Change/Check Reminders, and Four-in-One Control capabilities.  All 7 days of the week can be programmed individually on this thermostat.  Temperature can be set to change four different times throughout the day. This thermostat connects with an Equipment Interface Module to control temperature, humidification, dehumidification, and ventilation all from the same location.  Smart Change/Check reminders tell you when to service or replace filters, UV lights, humidifier pad, etc. based on actual usage instead of passage of time. Can be equipped with a whole-house telephone access module which allows you to control your home’s temperature and indoor air quality over the phone.  This thermostat will also call to alert you if there is a problem when telephone access module is installed.
	VisionPro 8000 Thermostat Contains Top-of-the-Line features such as: touch-screen interaction, real-time clock, and a large one-touch backlight display that is easy to use and read.  All 7 days of the week can be programmed individually on this thermostat.  Temperature can be set to change four different times throughout the day.  Programming is menu-driven to respond to your choices and schedule for optimal comfort and energy savings.   Contains multiple options to hold temperature either temporarily or for longer periods like when on vacation.  Tells you when to replace filters, batteries, etc.
	FocusPro 6000 Thermostat Contains a large one-touch backlight display that is easy-to-read. Thermostat can be programmed to change the temperature four different times throughout the day.  Monday-Friday is considered one program period.  Saturday and Sunday may be programmed individually or as one program period. Combines a variety of features with user-friendly functionally.
	FocusPro 5000 Thermostat Contains a large one-touch backlight display that is easy-to-read. This thermostat is non-programmable. Provides an excellent non-programmable alternative to the digital round that is compatible with higher efficiency systems.
	Digital-Round Thermostat The round thermostat has been a symbol of quality and comfort for over 50 years.  Now it is digital. Contains a large one-touch backlight display that is easy-to-read. A simple twist of the ring adjusts the temperature just like the previous models. This thermostat is non-programmable. Not compatible with higher efficiency systems.
	TrueSteam Humidifiers Powered and By-pass Humidifiers only delivery approximately 1 gallon out of 3 gallons of humidification that they claim to deliver.  True Steam has a 1:1 humidification delivery rate making it more efficient and less wasteful. Operates independently of your heating and cooling system by producing its own steam.   Powered and By-pass Humidifiers only operate when the heating equipment is running.  Maintenance is minimal and there are no pads to replace. Standard Warranties: 5-year on parts.
